Choose solo violin, a string trio or a string quartet for your ceremony and drinks, or add saxophone alongside your DJ for the party. We coordinate each performance with the flow of your day. Availability, repertoire, island travel and set timings are confirmed for your date.

Planning with your Waiheke wedding DJs
Can you cover both ceremony and reception?
Yes. We can provide music and sound from guest arrival and the ceremony through cocktails, dinner and the dance floor. If your wedding uses multiple spaces, we can set up in separate locations to keep the music flowing seamlessly throughout the day.
Are island travel and equipment transport included?
Yes. All required travel, equipment transport, setup and accommodation (where needed) are factored into your quote, so there are no surprises later.
Can we add acoustic music or DJ + sax later?
Yes. You can add acoustic musicians or DJ + sax to your booking later, subject to availability. Our full-day DJ and musician packages can coordinate all sound, lighting and specialist equipment from start to finish, giving you one seamless entertainment setup throughout the day.
What happens if our ceremony moves indoors?
Share the wet-weather plan during preparation. We agree practical setup alternatives with your venue and confirm any additional equipment or move time required.
How do we choose our music?
We’ll send you a music preference document where you can share your favourite genres, key songs, must-plays and anything you’d rather avoid. Your DJ uses this as the foundation, then combines it with live crowd reading on the night to create a soundtrack that reflects your taste while keeping the dance floor moving.
What backup arrangements are available?
Our artists are professional and highly reliable, but if something unforeseen happens, you have the support of a full agency behind your booking. We have a nationwide network of experienced DJs and musicians and will arrange a suitable replacement wherever possible, giving you added peace of mind that your entertainment is covered.
